Series A Financing—Closed!

In start-up hotspots like New York, San Francisco or Seattle, you don’t have to hang around a coffee shop or a work-share space for very long to hear terms like “Series A”, “VC”, “Fintech”, or “Accelerator”. It’s been much of the same around here for most of 2016. CuneXus is proud to announce the closing of our latest round of Series A financing. Growth is coming and we’re excited! As the CuneXus product line is deployed to more and more financial institutions, we look to our clients to guide us in expanding the development of solutions to address issues, ongoing regulatory changes, and provide tangible industry benefits. In order to achieve our visions and goals of creating a superior client experience, our VP of Client Services, Tony Salamone, has formed the CuneXus Advisory Board (CAB) to bring together a group of seasoned industry experts with unique knowledge and skills who will contribute to the growth of our services.

Membership to the CAB will generally comprise of an initial three (3) professionals representing a variety of loan processing, usability, and analytical disciplines. The roles will be divided out as: President, Vice-President, and Secretary/Treasurer. The CAB will oversee the CuneXus User Group—a harmonious user community network that enables our clients to work closely and positively with both CuneXus and each other—as well as develop, implement, and maintain the operating by-laws of the User Group.

We have officially launched the CAB with our very first meeting on August 31, 2016. Thank you to our CAB leaders for guiding us on this future path of success!

CuneXus Support

We want to remind all clients that they have two options to reach CuneXus Support for any technical issues.

Phone: 1 (877) 509-2089, dial 2 for Support

Even if you have direct contact info for one of our employees that can help, occasionally an email will be blocked or someone will be out of the office.  We want to ensure your issue is being addressed right away, so the best way to reach us is to use one (or both) of the methods above. You will receive a response confirming we have received your email/phone call and have begun working on the issue.
