Announcing Our NEW CUneXus User Group!
We recently introduced our new Vice President of Client Services, Tony Salamone, and he has hit the ground running. He’s launching the CUneXus User Group to give customers more resources and provide a forum to help us deliver the best CUneXus experience possible. “My goal is to enhance the overall experience and build lasting relationships with our clientele to ensure that each and every customer receives the level of service they expect,” Tony says. “It is important to solicit client feedback and to isolate and identify areas where improvement is needed.” The CUneXus User Group is a way to facilitate and centralize discussion, education, and support for the users of the cplXpress software, and to give users direct access to company resources.
The stated goals of the User Group are to:
- Represent the user community to CUneXus
- Provide feedback on product direction and strategy
- Provide feedback on implementations, support, and upgrades
- Submit enhancement requests for the user community that benefits the majority of financial institutions using the product
- Invite and solicit participation from CUneXus or other related vendor representative’s when required or requested by the membership
You’ll be hearing more about it!
A Look at CPL Strategy: Perpetual Pre-Approvals
Our goal at CUneXus is to help Financial Institutions (FI) become the go-to lender for their customers/members. Make your marketing investment work harder and smarter by deepening those relationships, so they always look to you for their lending needs—and make that process as easy as possible.
One of the main strategies behind application-free, comprehensive pre-screened lending is to provide perpetual loan offers—meaning your credit-worthy customers/members are continuously pre-approved all year long. By refreshing credit bureau data every three months, you will keep up to date on changes to consumer financial profiles and feel confident in continuously offering “click-to-accept” loans with each back-to-back pre-approval campaign.
A perpetual loan offer also means not missing out on the opportunity to maximize off-season borrowing. cplXpress delivers the tools needed to stop trying to predict when consumers will borrow and start making loan offers available 24/7/365. When your customers/members know they are pre-approved at all times, they become accustomed to logging into online or mobile banking when the need for credit arises. The My Offers page of your website/app specifically dedicated to displaying loan offers will show all of the credit products they can accept with one click—presenting rate, term and monthly payment scenarios—with no application to fill in. Even with the temptation of dealership financing or mailed credit card offers, they can compare on the spot with your institution—an FI they know and trust.
Let’s strategize together to keep your customers/members continuously pre-approved. Call 877-509-2089 to talk about making your loan offers perpetual. Not using cplXpress? Visit CUneXus.com to schedule a demo.
Coming Soon—Webinars from CUneXus!
This Fall we will begin offering webinars to our current clients. These sessions will serve as an introduction to new items at CUneXus or as a refresher on current items.
We hope to bring you a new webinar on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. Here is what is coming up this fall:
September 14th: Refresher Course—Building Campaigns in cplXpress
Just in time for your last quarter 2016 campaign, join us as we go through cplXpress to build a multi-product pre-approval campaign—plus, we’ll call out updated features from our latest release.
October 12th: User Forum—What is it? How Can You Participate?
We’ll introduce our new User Forum—a place where our clients can talk to one another about all things CUneXus—functionality, upgrades, campaign results—you name it.
Look out for an email from CUneXus with your invitation to our first webinar. We will look to our survey results and other forms of client feedback to determine the topics—so tell us what you need!
cplXpress User Guide—Now Available!
Typically, weeks or months pass between building your quarterly campaigns and often new features have been released, so we’ve updated the cplXpress User Guide and made it available to our clients online. Our goal in creating this guide was to provide a resource for you to reference while building and running subsequent pre-approval campaigns. We took comments, feedback, and ideas to create this user-friendly guide for the most commonly used component of our platform—cplXpress.
TWO WAYS TO REFERENCE THE USER GUIDE
- Online: From the client dashboard at cunexus.com
- PDF: Download from the client dashboard to keep on your desktop for quick reference offline
Please contact Client Relationship Manager, Tara Jimenez for credentials to access the CUneXus client dashboard, Tara@CUneXus.com. We hope that you will find the information contained in our cplXpress User Guide beneficial, and we will be updating this resource as new features are released. If at any time you aren’t able to find a resolution within the cplXpress User Guide, please email Support@CUneXus.com.
We plan to provide more user guides to reference on the CUneXus client portal. Up next are the Admin Panel User Guide and cplXsell User Guide—which we anticipate rolling out this summer.
WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU
Do you find the cplXpress User Guide helpful? Is it easy to access? Do you plan on referencing it for subsequent campaigns? Have you used it on multiple occasions? We encourage you to reach out and let us know. We sent our clients a short survey to gain some perspective on this resource and look forward to the responses.
Company Culture: Co-Founder Darin Chong Graduates from Leadership Santa Rosa
CUneXus co-founder Darin Chong graduated this spring from Leadership Santa Rosa (LSR), a program of the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce dedicated to educating business leaders about community services and needs, and the opportunities and challenges affecting our North Bay community. Entering its 33rd year, the goal of LSR is to develop from a pool of applicants, a deep bench of future leaders for the local community. It’s an intensive program that involves in-person visits and speaker panels with multiple political and business leaders, and nonprofit and human services organizations—culminating in a final service project developed by teams of program participants.
Among the activities Darin participated was a ride-along with a Santa Rosa police officer, a Mock City Council meeting, and a demonstration of Use of Force tactics (Darin got tased!). “It was an honor being part of LSR, and it was truly an eye-opening experience,” Darin said. “Not only did I develop life-long connections with my classmates, we all got a close-up view of the needs of people in our area, and the incredible people and organizations addressing those needs.” CUneXus is proud to be a part of our community here in Northern California, and we are committed to giving back. Congratulations Darin!
What’s on Tap: Stone IPA
In case you missed it, we’re sticking to the map of California for our beer this summer, but taking a long leisurely road trip down the sun-soaked coastline to San Diego County—where they brew Stone IPA. This is the first type of beer we had on tap at the CUneXus office in 2015—so we brought it back and it’s perfect for the season.
As Stone describes it, “This golden beauty explodes with citrusy, piney hop flavors and aromas, all perfectly balanced by a subtle malt character.” We agree—this perfectly crisp beer will be excellent for the upcoming hot summer days! If you find yourself in downtown Santa Rosa, come have a cold one with us!
