Using Flags for Expanded MLA Regulations
An important deadline regarding expanded regulations of the Military Lending Act (MLA) is upon us. In addition to new types of credit products being covered, lenders are now required to confirm that each credit applicant is not a service member, spouse, or the dependent of a service member.

Welcome Sales Manager Mary Ann Heydenreich, who joined the CUneXus team in November. Mary Ann is a strategic senior level sales and marketing professional, hailing from several CUneXus partner organizations. She has over 25 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry having worked for Digital Insight/NCR, Harland, State National Insurance Co, FIS, and Transamerica Financial Solutions Group.
Mary Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University and a Teaching Credential from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She is a Southern California native and has completed three half-marathons. She also enjoys cooking, yoga, and jogging with her dog on the beach trails of San Clemente, where she resides with her husband of 32 years and daughter.
